Returns

Due to the delicate, handmade nature of our earrings, we offer returns under the following conditions:

Damaged or defective items – If your earrings arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll gladly replace them.
Wrong item received – If you received the wrong design, we’ll correct it at no additional cost.

🚫 For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings that have been worn or removed from their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. If eligible, we will provide return instructions or send a replacement.
  3. Return shipping is on us if the mistake was ours! Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
